• Advocates with a unified voice on state, federal, and local policies that affect housing counseling agencies

Conference Planning Committee

• Plans the annual statewide conference and associated network events

Governance Committee

• Makes organizational governance recommendations

Membership Services Committee

• Develops strategies for member retention and recruitment of new members
• Manages training opportunities for member agencies

Program & Business Development

• Explores and implements revenue-generating programs and business models
• Identifies and accesses external sources of funding to support the ongoing work of HomeSmartNY and its members
• Increases outreach to build partnerships
• Develops marketing templates and tools for members
