11 am In person presentation by Stuart Mindes, Housing Program Specialist for the Office of Housing Counseling. This session will cover:
- Record keeping and file maintenance and compliance
- General information on the Office of Housing Counseling (OHC) activities
- Current information on Counselor Certification.
- Question and answer period
If you have any specific questions you would like to ask, please send them beforehand to Tracy Gibeau at tgibeau@acrha.org so that we can have all appropriate material, hand outs etc that may be needed.
12 pm Lunch and HomeSmart NY updates
This Chapter is looking for two Regional Co-Chairs as well as someone to be elected for the Board Member slot. These positions will be vacant this fall. Please let Tracy Gibeau know if you have anyone that would like to volunteer for these positions or if you have any questions.
