HomeSmartNY is offering scholarships for three eClassroom Express trainings in March 2016:

  • Tenancy: Building Competency in Housing Counseling – March 8
  • HECM and the Non-Borrower Spouse – March 15
  • Fair Housing: Building Competency in Housing Counseling – March 22
