New Capital Region and Central NY Representative on HomeSmartNY Board of Directors

Tracy Gibeau, Home Ownership Advisor at Albany County Rural Housing Alliance, Inc. in Vorheesville, NY, and Michele Clark, Financial Capability/Coaching Program Coordinator at Quaranta Housing Services at OFC, Inc. in Norwich, NY, were elected to the HomeSmartNY board of directors in January 2015. Ms. Gibeau will serve as the Capital Region chapter representative on the board of directors, and Ms. Clark will serve as the Central NY chapter representative on the board of directors.  The HomeSmartNY board of directors is composed of seven chapter representatives, chosen by each of its seven regional chapters across the state, and five at-large delegates.
