New Rochester/Finger Lakes Representative on HomeSmartNY Board of Directors

Shawn Blauvelt, Homeownership Counselor and Foreclosure Counselor at Keuka Housing Council in Penn Yan, NY, was elected to the HomeSmartNY board of directors on October 21, 2015 at the HomeSmartNY Rochester/Finger Lakes chapter training in Rochester. Mr. Blauvelt will serve as the Rochester/Finger Lakes chapter representative on the board of directors. The HomeSmartNY board of directors is composed of seven chapter representatives, chosen by each of its seven regional chapters across the state, and five at-large delegates.

Mr. Blauvelt succeeds Mary Leo, Director of Homeownership Programs and Program Compliance Officer at the Housing Council at PathStone in Rochester, NY, as Rochester/Finger Lakes chapter representative.
